Senior Cycle and Stretch
You’ll spend the first 30 minutes of this beginner cycle class spinning to
the oldies. Then we’ll bring it down for the last 15 minutes with stretches that help lengthen your muscles. You’ll leave feeling great and ready for your day! This class is geared toward the beginner but all levels are welcome. Please come 10 - 15 minutes early if it is your first time so we can get you set up on a bike.
Come join us for Senior Strength and movement! Hand held weights, elastic tubing and resistance ball are used to increase muscular strength and range of motion. A chair is offered for balance, seated and standing support. This class does not contain a cardio element.
Seniors In Motion
This fun and exciting class is designed around simple movements that are done in or around a chair. Upbeat music, social interaction and laughter all combine for a great fitness opportunity. You’d be amazed what a great workout you’ll get!
