Our mission is to inspire and connect people though group fitness by creating a lifelong joy of fitness and healthy lifestyle. We strive to make fitness enjoyable, achievable, and maintainable for everybody of every age, fitness level, and stage of life.
We call this finding your Peak Performance. Our team of instructors will help you find your Peak Performance by making the workout accessible to you. With over 90 live in-person classes per week, as well as a virtual option, we have a class to fit every schedule.

Group Fitness Classes
Group fitness motivates you to dig deeper and push harder in workouts. Each class is structured with a warm-up, a balanced workout and a cool-down.
Mind & Body
Use your lunch break to relax and de-stress with a Yoga, Pilates, or PiYo class; an active, but relaxing class, then you’ll be ready to go for the rest of the day!
High-energy, low-impact, & therapeutic classes that help boost your cardiovascular fitness as well as build muscle. You don't need to learn how to swim.
Courts & Gymnasium
Join a game of pickleball, racquetball, squash, walleyball, or basketball in our courts and gymnasium!
We have a wide variety of classes for those who are actively aging with several different levels and formats!
From Freestyle to RPM to SPRINT, you’re sure to find a class that works for your schedule and mood!
Get those kids moving and start their love of fitness! We have classes that are geared toward ages 3-12!
Can't make it to the gym? No problem! We've got a wide variety of virtual workouts!
