Get your blood moving on one of the 40 newest and high-tech pieces of cardio equipment, or play on one of the two Queenax. These literally turn a corner of the gym into your very own fitness playground!
Enjoy a motivating and exciting Les Mills RPM® class in the Cycle Studio or get super pumped in one of the Les Mills GRIT® or BODYPUMP® classes in the Group-X Studio.
Use your lunch break to relax and de-stress with a Yoga, Pilates, or PiYo class; then you’ll be ready to go for the rest of the day!
We know you’re busy, so you’ll frequently find 30-minute classes on the schedule from 5am until 7pm.
Les Mills GRIT®
People who take LES MILLS GRIT® look to feel, powerful, strong, confident, in control, challenged and successful. Short on time, they want to take fitness to the next level, with more intensity and fewer words.
Les Mills RPM®
RPM® is an indoor cycling workout where participants ride to the rhythm of powerful music to reach a calorie burning endorphin high, while improving aerobic fitness and cardiovascular health.
Les Mills BODYPUMP®
BODYPUMP® allows participants to use light weights and become strong without feeling intimidated by the weight room. All fitness levels are catered to with multiple levels of options during the class.
Mind & Body
Use your lunch break to relax and de-stress with a Yoga, Pilates, or PiYo class; an active, but relaxing class, then you’ll be ready to go for the rest of the day!
High-energy, low-impact, & therapeutic classes that help boost your cardiovascular fitness as well as build muscle. You don't need to learn how to swim.
The Peak offers a wide variety of Senior classes for those of us who are actively aging. We have several different levels and formats so you are sure to find the right format for you!
