This self-defense class will provide each participant with tools to overcome dangerous encounters, from learning to diffuse situations verbally to how to kick and make a fist when matters escalate. Participants will walk away with an increased sense of self-awareness, empowerment, and knowledge.

Sessions will be led by NGA certified personal trainer and 5th degree black belt martial artist, Don Johnson.
