Both members and guests of the Peak are welcome to enroll into our specialty programs!

Your Yoga Workshop Series

April 12 – May 7

Develop your own home yoga practice! (Intended for students with a basic understanding of yoga.)

This series includes 5 total workshops AND a workbook from your instructor, Nadine:

  • 1 Introductory Workshop: Saturday, April 12, 9:00am-12:00pm (3 hours)
  • 4 Weekly Workshops: Wednesdays, April 16, 23, 30, & May 7, 4:30pm-5:45pm (1 hour, 15 minutes)

Spartan SGX

April 21 – June 13 (8 weeks, 16 sessions)

This small group training program, led by Jen Brown, is not only designed to prepare individuals for Spartan obstacle course races, but to help participants build the strength and endurance to overcome challenges in other sports and everyday life.
