Conquer Your Peak Small Group Training alternates workout styles throughout the year based on the season in Montana. Through different training philosophies, you will increase your body’s strength and awareness, boosting self-esteem and bringing ease to daily life. Participants can expect functional based training programs, including Les Mills Strength Development, Les Mills Functional Strength, HIIT style workouts, Spartan and other types of functional strength training.

Pilates Equipment Small Group Training is specialized to living in Montana. Led by Balanced Body instructors, you will gain full body strength and body awareness allowing you to explore Montana and do your day-to-day activities with more confidence. For ages 14 and up.

This small group training program runs on a weekly schedule.

Classes led by Certified Balanced Body Comprehensive Pilates Trainers, Jen Brown and Jamie Brook.

Conquer Rotating Program Descriptions

Prepare your body for the upcoming winter sports season! Perfect for all levels, whether you are a beginner or experienced winter sports enthusiast. We will incorporate a combination of strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, functional mobility, stability work, and injury prevention exercises.

This 45-minute workout utilizes slow and controlled compound lifts with heavy weights as well as super sets with explosive movements, often using unilateral or offset positions. These types of workouts are great for training athletic ability or preparing for every day movement patterns in life!

Designed to build strength in phases based on strength and conditioning science. Participants progress through the essential elements of strength training with slow and controlled movements, functional exercises, and dynamic core work. It’s perfect for everyone from those new to lifting to seasoned pros.

Regardless of fitness level, the Spartan SGX training program uses functional training to prepare the body to bend, crawl, carry, climb, hang, jump, lift, lunge, pull, push, run, sprint, squat and twist. By increasing your strength, endurance and mobility, the Spartan SGX program will prepare you mentally and physically with resistance training body weight moves, dynamic stretching and cardio focused drills to conquer your next obstacle race.

Pilates Equipment Class Descriptions

Pilates Equipment utilizes the Reformer, Trap table, Pilates Chair, Barrel and Pilates Mat exercises in a small group setting.

Springboard is Pilates based movement with the use of springs. The springs are there to create resistance and also to give assistance as you perform your Pilates exercises.
