Come join our community to celebrate International Yoga Day on June 21st – the longest day of the year! People from around the world will take out their yoga mats and start moving together. All levels are welcome; yoga for all of humanity! Lauren Dunne and Sage Guinn will lead a practice of 108 Sun Salutations. This is a meditative practice that connects the body, the mind, and the universe specifically when nature is undergoing a change.
