Peak Fit Pros will be leading a special Super Bowl Workout! This class is FREE and open to the public, so attendees are encouraged to bring friends, neighbors, and family! Expect a mix of strength, cardio, and core exercises. Please bring a clean pair of non-marking athletic shoes to workout in!
This high-energy, bootcamp-style workout kicks off at 10:30AM in the Peak gymnasium.
