Young Women’s Empowerment Day

The Peak Great Falls is celebrating International Women’s Day by inviting young women to visit the Peak and explore what makes them feel strong!
Young women ages 11-17 and their families will get to enjoy:
- Guest Passes and VIP 30-Day Membership Passes for non-members
- Obstacle Course (ages 11+)
- 2 Group Fitness Classes: Les Mills BODYCOMBAT & Functional Training (ages 11+)
- Interviews with Peak-Sponsored Athletes, Allie Wergin and Crystal Skinner
- FREE Peak Swag
- Photo Op
- Refreshments provided by Pepsi
***All guests under the age of 18 will need a parent’s signature to participate.
***Those under the age of 14 will need a parent to stay and participate with them.
EVENT SCHEDULE
12:30-1:30pm – Obstacle Course with Peak Fit Pros
1:30-2:15pm – Interviews with Peak Athletes, Allie and Crystal
2:15-3:15pm – Group Fitness Classes:
- 2:15-2:45pm – BODYCOMBAT with Crystal
- 2:45-3:15pm – Functional Training with Peak Fit Pros
