How Can I Stay Active During The Peak’s Closure?

As regular exercisers, you understand the value of staying active and the need to keep up with your fitness routine. We understand our members didn’t sign up for on-line videos. However, while the club is closed, we need to continue taking care of ourselves mentally and physically! Stay active, hydrated, wash your hands and clean! Stay strong, healthy and happy!

Les Mills OnDemand Workouts: Les Mills OnDemand is being offered to our members for FREE for 60 days (after the 60 days, there is a fee.) Click HERE to get started!

Peak Instructor Lead At Home Workout Videos: Every morning at 9 am we will post three (3) 30-minute express workout videos to our Facebook page and website taught by your favorite instructors!  These workouts won’t require any machinery and you’re guaranteed to work up a sweat in the comfort of your own home.
