Freestyle Cycle
Come and enjoy what indoor cycling has to offer! Improve your cardiovascular health, burn calories, build muscle, and have FUN!
Beginners: Arrive early and the instructor will help you with bike set-up.
Cycle & Stretch
This hour 45-minute cycle and stretch fusion class starts with a heart pumping 30-minute freestyle cycle class through various terrain followed by 15 minutes of deep stretching for those hard working muscles. Class is appropriate for all fitness levels.
Les Mills RPM™
Les Mills RPM is an indoor cycling class, set to the rhythm of motivating music. It burns a lot of calories and gets you fit! RPM uses a series of simulated climbs and sprints to create a workout where you control the intensity - it's literally easier than riding a bike! Plus it will leave you with a sense of accomplishment and feeling euphoric, ready to come back for more! If you are new to cycle classes come early so we can set you up on the bike and we recommend you start off with 4 or 5 tracts and workup to a full class.

Les Mills SPRINT™
Les Mills SPRINT is a 45-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It's a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits.
