Multi-Level Synrgy

Multi-Level Synrgy can be adapted to all levels but does offer a greater challenge than our basic synrgy for participants. Workouts are changed weekly and include exercises to challenge the entire body by building strength, improving coordination, balance and flexibility. Exercises are done using the Synrgy 360 exercise system and life fitness machines

Les Mills GRIT™

LES MILLS GRIT™ is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed with short rounds of high-intensity exercise followed by periods of strategic recovery to increase aerobic fitness, increase muscle tissue burn lots of calories and get fit fast. Because of the intensity of GRIT, Les Mills recommends two HIIT workouts a week as part of a balanced training plan.
