MÜV Force
In this program, members gain strength and power through a variety of workouts. Certified coaches train on multiple strength training programming principles utilizing different equipment, skills and objectives to drive results and increase overall fitness. With foundational movement coaching mixed with high intensity training, members are guaranteed to achieve their fitness goals!
XTR 1000
This fast-paced, full body workout is designed to keep members moving and improving their cardiovascular conditioning and overall tone. Expect to scorch calories, burn fat and build muscle! This group training program will utilize MyZone heart rate monitors to ramp up the heat during and after a workout.
