WHAT IS LES MILLS RPM®?
RPM® is an indoor cycling class, set to the rhythm of motivating music. It burns a lot of calories and gets you fit.
Based on the sport of cycle racing, RPM uses a series of simulated climbs and sprints to create a workout where you control the intensity – it’s literally easier than riding a bike.
Instructors will show you the all the basic cycling moves like standing up, sitting down, changing hand positions, speeding up and slowing down. You control your own resistance levels and sprint speed, so you can build your training level up over time.
An RPM class will leave you with a sense of accomplishment and feeling euphoric, ready to come back for more.
JUST GETTING STARTED?
Instructors will show you how to set up your bike and you can adjust an RPM workout to your current fitness level.
You can start off with 4 or 5 tracks to begin with and work up to a full class.

LES MILLS RPM EXPRESS
RPM Express is an indoor cycling class, set to the rhythm of motivating
music. It burns a lot of calories in a short amount of time and gets you fit! RPM express uses a series of simulated climbs and sprints to create a workout where you control the intensity - it' literally easier than riding a bike! Plus it will leave you with a sense of accomplishment and feeling euphoric, ready to come back for more! If you are new to cycle classes come early so we can set you up on the bike and be sure to go at a pace that best fits your fitness level. RPM Express is for all fitness levels.
LES MILLS SPRINT
Les Mills SPRINT is a 30-minute workout of high intensity, designed using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. SPRINT™ is built on the science of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) where short bursts of anaerobic training sets are done. Instructor will be on and off the bike motivating participant through difficult sets.
