Your Yoga: April 12 – May 7

For students of all yoga styles, adult ages, and fitness levels who already have a basic understanding of yoga.

Each participant will receive Nadine’s guidebook to use throughout the series.

Your Yoga will guide participants through seven steps to develop their own unique self-led home yoga practice. Each of the steps correlate with one of the seven chakras. The chakras provide a framework for participants to gain a deeper understanding of how they receive, assimilate and transmit life for prana (energy).


This series includes 5 total workshops:

1 Introductory Workshop: Saturday, April 12, 9:00am-12:00pm (3 hours)

  • Discover why, where and when to practice.
  • Begin covering the tools of how to practice.

4 Weekly Workshops: Wednesdays, April 16, 23, 30, & May 7, 4:30pm-5:45pm (1 hour, 15 minutes)

  • Focuses on the yoga tools of how to practice:
    • 5 elements of a yoga practice
    • Breathing techniques
    • Meditation techniques

Participants will receive a workbook created by Nadine that supplements the course! Participants will be expected to practice at home an amount of time and frequency that is suitable for their schedule and unique goals. This will lead to a discovery of what does and does not work for them, helping to develop the habit of a home practice, all while under the guidance of the program.
